RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rentals are by appointment only.
• Renter must sign leasing and property agreement prior to assuming responsibility of vessel.
• Reservations can be made phone 207-685-0288 or can be requested On-line or by email. On-line and emails requests will be followed up on to determine confirmation.
• All boats are delivered to public boat launch on the lake you will be using the boat on. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure there is safe public access to requested lake. We do not allow self trailering of boats.
• Be an operator of at least 25 years old and provide valid ID at delivery.
• Renters must provide a valid major credit card to have on file for any damages. Absolutely no debit cards.
• Renters must complete our Watercraft Rental Agreement. Renter who provides $500.00 security deposit must be same renter to fill out our Rental Agreement and take possession of rental at dock.
• Renters must complete an inspection of the watercraft and boating instruction.
• Lessee is responsible for any & all damage to boat, motor, prop, accessories, interior as well as the safety of all passengers as well as other in the waterways in which they are using the boat.
• During operation of the watercraft, you must safely operate the watercraft, have knowledge of and abide by all Maine laws, permits, and your lake restrictions and depths.
• All renters are advised to watch safety training video at Rental Boat Safety
• Rental boats come with a full tank of gas, you pay only for what you use. All boats are topped off at pump by Premier Boat Rentals at completion of the rental.
• Any lake/service calls deemed to be due to operator error are the renters responsibility at the rate of $50 per hour, including travel time, plus parts.
• All repairs, in-house or contracted, will have a 25% markup on material and labor to cover travel, time, and administrative costs.
• Rates are representative & subject to availability

• Tubes may not be suitable for all boats.
• Know your lake depths and restrictions, public launch accommodations prior to reserving.
• Watercraft may be same or similar to picture due to availability.
• All watercraft and tubes are used at operator’s risk and insurance coverage. Premier Boat Rentals does not provide insurance.
• Delivery charges are dependent on body of water.
• Dogs and other pets are only allowed on some of our boats. If Premier Boat Rentals finds pet hair/paw prints/other evidence of pets is found on board the vessel the $100.00 fee will be assessed after the fact, and any damages to the boat will be charged..
• Cleaning fee ($150) will be charged to all boats deemed excessively dirty upon return.
• Boats may not be trailered/moved from lake they are delivered to by Premier Boat Rentals.
• Premier Boat Rentals is not responsible for loss of use due to weather, illness, equipment exchange, changes in plans, or operator error. 

• A $500.00 deposit is collected at the time of reservation to secure your rental. Reservation is contingent and in effect upon funds clearing.
• Reservations Deposits are nonrefundable.
• Reservations will NOT be confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be made by venmo, check or money order and must clear at least 2 weeks before your scheduled time of arrival.
• Full payment of vessel is expected at time of reservation, for any reservations made after June 1st. Payment is not refundable for cancelations with less than 14 day notice.
• You are responsible for any loss or damages resulting from your rental, including rental loss days from extended repair or complete boat loss. Our insurance does not cover you, you are responsible for 100% of damages done to our boat while in your possession!
